While developing a deeper sense of pride, identity, leadership to preserve and strengthen the cultural roots in the immigrant Vietnamese community in  our Salem Capital of Oregon , and the surrounding areas of the Willamette Valley

Remembering those who have served our countries bravely and honorably. Through the rest of our lives ... and by our full hearts,  we are grateful for their service and sacrifice...
